How to choose a license?

Each license is tied to a specific exchange and your account on it. For example, a license for Binance will not work on Bybit, and vice versa. Upon activation, the license is automatically linked to your account on the exchange for which you purchased the subscription. If you trade on multiple exchanges, you will need a separate license for each.

How do I get the ScalpPanel extension after payment?

After payment, you will receive an email with a download link for the extension and a license key to activate your subscription. The subscription period starts from the moment of payment.

How to renew my ScalpPanel subscription?

To renew your subscription, you need to purchase a new license key and activate the subscription in the extension.

How to check subscription expiration date?

To find out when your subscription (license) expires, go to the license check page, enter your license code and get information about the subscription expiration date.

Can I use ScalpPanel on multiple devices?

Yes, the subscription is tied to your account, not to a device. You can install the extension on any number of computers and use it with one account. Preset settings sync between tabs of the same browser but not between different devices. Important: do not run multiple copies of the extension with the same API key simultaneously — exchanges set limits on the number of API requests, and exceeding them will result in a temporary block.

Is there a trial period?

ScalpPanel is a commercial product, and access to trading panels is only available after purchasing a license. We do not offer a free trial period for paid extensions, as this is a professional tool with ongoing support and development costs.

What if the extension doesn't work?

Contact us via Telegram and we will help solve the problem. In most cases, it's related to API key settings or browser configuration.

Is a refund possible?

A refund is possible within 7 days of purchase if the extensions do not work due to technical issues on our side and we were unable to resolve the problem.
